Conference Room Solution – Sony Taiwan
When looking to create a new video conference room at its Taiwan offices, Sony approached CYP as its AV distribution partners of choice.
The brief was to integrate the four display devices so that each one could display the same content at the same time or be used for different sources depending on the requirements of the meeting. As each display was able to reproduce 4K picture quality, that was a key requirement, whilst the de-embedding of the audio signal from any of the displays was also required, as audio would be fed to a discrete system housed in the ceiling.

The only products that were to be on display were the display devices, which meant that any distribution equipment needed to be hidden away in another room. This meant that long cable runs were required (up to 100 metres). Finally, the IP microphones needed to be integrated.
